In order to be eligible for our guaranteed buy back program you must be a customer of Ottawa Valley Stairlift, non-smoking home, the unit must be in good condition both cosmetically and mechanically. You must subscribe to an annual maintenance program.
The buy back policy applies only to stairlifts bought from Ottawa Valley Stair Lift only within the last 4 years sold as new including the models; Ameriglide Rave 2, Devi Up, Handicare model 1100 and Model 1000 exterior.
Straight
The Rave 2, Model 1100 and Model 1000 exterior will be bought back only within the last 4 years sold as new. All accessories (Remotes, remote holders, keys) and owners manual must be present at time of buy back. Home owners for indoor units must not smoke in their homes to be eligible for the buy back. Ottawa Valley Stair Lift reserves the right to refuse buyback upon inspection of Stairlift.
Curved
The buy back policy applies only to Devi Up stairlifts bought from Ottawa Valley Stair Lift sold as new and will be bought back for up to 3 years from original purchase date from non-smokers' homes. Ottawa Valley Stair Lift reserves the right to refuse buyback upon inspection of Stairlift.
